The National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI)

NPRI - GREEN WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. TORONTO, HAMILTON, NIAGARA

Under the authority of Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA 1999), and Ontario Regulation, 127/01, it is required that manufacturing establishments that uses, manufacture or process any of the substances listed under NPRI program and has release over the determined threshold limit , to land ,air and water, must report their emissions to Environment Canada. 

Annual reports from these facilities are due no later than June 1st each year.
